Our Brew House kit produces all-grain craft-style beer in the same
way as commercial craft breweries. We use 100% malted barley with
no additives or malt extracts to bring you the fresh and pure flavor
of " true-to-style" all-grain beer.
The resulting wort is boiled with the finest hops and immediately
aseptically packaged to preserve its fresh grainy flavors. |

In
1862 Thomas Cooper started a small brewing venture in the fledgling
colony of South Australia through the strangest circumstances.
Coopers
The first Coopers Home Brew was developed and sold as an extra strong
wort (malt derived liquid) in a sterile bag in 1977. By 1984 it
had been further developed into the concentrated wort product seen
on the shelves today. A complete starter kit contains all the necessary
tools and ingredients to brew and bottle beer (30x740mlbottles).
In addition consumers can now purchase numerous different beer styles
from ales, lagers and stouts to traditional international favorites.

Big &Easy |

The
Big and Easy Bottle Brew is a totally new and different home
brewing kit.
It’s a revolutionary, easy way to make your own premium
beer at home.
The Big and Easy Bottle Brew is pasteurized, unfermented beer
packaged in 2 litre bottles and equipped with a unique pressure
cap.
All you have to do is add the innovative yeast capsule to
each bottle to start the fermentation.
Each 2 litre bottle is equivalent to a six-pack of micro-brewery
quality beer.
The Big and Easy Bottle Brew is professionally brewed and
bottled in a micro brewery using only the best selected barley
malt, imported hops and purified water. |

| Morgans |

Each
type of Morgan's kit is made to an exacting formula where select
barley malts are mashed to specific protein and sugar rests,
bringing about a truly unique character in the finished beer.
No caramel colourings are used in Morgan's kits, meaning that
all color and flavor of the final beer comes direct from the
degree of roasting and kilning of the barley malt used.
In the final stage of manufacture, just prior to evaporation,
Morgan's kettle (roll boil) the entire wort with a selection
of hops, for hop isomerization and to ensure final beer clarity. |

| Muntons |

| The
Muntons Premium range was developed for the original four
kits in the early days of English home-brewing.
Formulations for this range have purposely not been changed
since they were first developed back in the early 1970's
- a tremendous heritage and a proven track record. The Premium
range has been extended to include styles of beer from far
reaches of the world. American Style Light, Canadian Style
Beer, Scottish Style Heavy Ale, Old Ale and so on.
The Premium range allows home beer makers to experience
flavors from around the world in their own homes, enjoyably
and economically.
Once again the Muntons Premium range is made entirely from
100% hopped malt extract with no inferior or cheap adjuncts
such as barley syrup. There is one notable exception to
this however - the American Style Light Beer. To emulate
the light delicate character of this popular beer style
it was necessary to include in the kit a percentage of liquid
sugar. This is the only beer kit in the extensive Muntons
ranges made from anything other than 100% hopped malt extract.

"ROYAL"
"Root Beer Extract" is an old fashioned soda extract
made from an old 1898 USA recipe; it uses only natural ingredients
in the blend. For an authentic root beer taste, we recommend
the use of a high quality beer yeast. Makes 19 liters (4
USG).
